U.S. spending deal cuts U.N. funding by $377 million

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Lawmakers are poised to cut spending on the United Nations by hundreds of millions of dollars, less than a week after U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon came to Congress to ask for continued strong support.
